I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. The stylist didn’t really listen to what I wanted, and the final result was not what I expected. The atmosphere was not very welcoming, and I felt uncomfortable during my visit.
I’m sorry to hear that, but from what I observed, you left very happy and satisfied with everything that was done. I would like to believe that during the nearly 3 hours, nothing was rushed at all — I carried out everything exactly as requested. We discussed everything beforehand, as we should have.
